Did train about 3 months ago was eating fairly well!!
But was allways working late so gym went out of the window
But started again this friday
Trying to do 100-150 situps a day 100 pressups,and different reps of Dumbells.
Just waiting to get paid then can start at the gym again,Also going to carry on doing
ti boxing,again started months ago gave up because of work
So hopefully can keep at it
