i had voodoos et25 on a s2 195 tyres it used to rub like a bastard going round corners with the archs totally modified that was 25mm lowerd the only way i can see you can get away with it is keep standard ride height

if you keep it that low it will rub the arch away and your wheels will come through the archs also note its the weight of the wheels that dictates the handling not just the size if your a lighter weight 17 will handle better than a heavier 16
