Depending on how hard the paint was baked, you may be able to make decent progress with a good quality hand suitable polish like Menzerna 203S. Here is a run through of the method recommended for standard Ford paint, although bear in mind your finish may be somewhat harder (see Section 3.7 of the FAQ too, just in case)...

If you are not experienced with the rotary polisher, I would not recommend tackling the job yourself with it. Either find someone willing to lend you a dual action polisher (random orbital action is far safer and requires less skill) or call in a professional detailer, as recommended above.
