I always used to think that when i worked for Plumb Center. The vans and managers cars are Fords, so the servicing was done by Ford main dealer, and it amazed me how they handed keys over to just anyone. The first time i went, i never even asked for keys but because i had a Plumb Center t-shirt they passed them to me as soon as i walked up to the service desk! i could have been anyone and they handed me the keys to a 3 month old Focus!!!
