Thanks for the offer, sorry i wan't at FF although I'd liked to have been.
Dunno if this helps but here's a pic of the relay location on the car in the footwell, the relays that are plugged in I suspect aren't the right ones for the car, well the grey on definately isn't, and the black one isn't a Ford one.
