my cossie has 25psi at tickover ,it rattles but that is piston slap when cold ,rev your engine to about 3000 rpm then shut off ,if you get a harsh rattly sound on shut off then it is piston slap, it does sound like top end cam rattle but it isnt,vw hydraulics fit and are slightly bigger than cossie ones, hope this helps
