Just a quick update, I have now repainted the diff and removed the bumper and fuel tank and pump brackets. I have a new fuel tank on order which I will get powder coated along with the suspension arms. I’m unsure of how to tackle the underside of the car though, what is the recommended method of treating it?

After reading various treads these seem to be my options:

1. Strip the underseal away and repaint with 2PK (not practical as the garage is integral and would stink the whole house out)

2. Strip the underseal away treat any surface rust and re-underseal (sounds like a good option but am a bit worried about rusting under the underseal and not knowing..)

3. Treat rust spots and paint with black waxoil.

Any other options I have missed?
