I found Meguirs ultimate compound to do the trick for me, mine had light swirls from a sponge and these came out no worries. I only use a wash mitt now and have had no swirls since.
the sponge will collect dirt. fine little paritcals and thats what scraters the car, = light swirl marks
so yeah a mitt is always the best one on the market.
and not a cheap one. always get an exspensive one. as the others are made out of cheap woll.
