I've got some very light swirls marks in my paint that is only really visable under bright light. The colour of the paint is very similar to moonstone blue just a little bit more silver and a little bit lighter.

So my question is, is it possible to remove these swirls from the paint by hand? I can borrow a good rotory polisher but i'm pretty scared to use one as the car has recently been painted and the finish is very good, so i dont wont to risk getting it wrong as i'm very new to detailing. What sort of products would remove these and how should i be using them?
