Help please
Ok guys,
I started getting fit and dieting ten weeks ago when I weighed in at 16st 9lbs. I am now 14st 12lbs and not only eating sensibly but also working out in the gym. I am just under six foot and according to Boots have dropped my body fat from 31.1% to 26.5%. The overall goal is to lose weight and gain shape again. Would like to be 13 stone but realistically will be happy to be below 13st 7lbs.
The eldest lad, who's 20 is using creatine and I was wondering if this would help myself at all? I am currently using Thermobol and Maximuscle diet protein (once a day).
Would creatine actually help in the loss or hinder it.
