is she on dry food?ive heard of this with sum pups/dogs a while after theve ate it starts to disagree with them and they have to shit wherever.
did the vet think it could be a bowel problem?

and i wouldnt go rubbing her noise in it or being to harsh on her.dont let her be boss but dont cower her.
id try taking her out before bed and walking until she shits.
