have you tried to nbump start the car to see if the car runs?
sounds like ur starter is foobarr'd
there should be 2 wires on the starter, thick one, with battery voltage at it, and a skinny one which either clips on or is attached with a small nut,
the skinny one should see voltage when the key is in the crank position,
if it does and the starter doesnt spoin over the engine the starter has had it.
if it doesnt get the power feed with the key in the crank position then there is ur problem.
to test yr starter with the car in neutral, get a power feed from the battery/starter thick wire and bridge it to the little wire's attaching point on the starter solenoid,
