Sorted this last night, just have to permanantly solder some wires and it's all fixed. Dug out my Haynes manual and had a good look at the wiring diagrams (forgot I had the manual and i didn't think it'd be much cop TBH) matched up the colours as they were different on each end it worked first time.
It appears that the two rear doors are wired in the same on 2wd and 4x4 as i just plugged the connectors in, on the fronts and however the stuff didn't match so I have to solder a couple of bits. on the boot i just guessed and got it right first time so I'm not complainiing about that.
