yes its called crash for cash , it made the news a few weeks back they actually caught them on film overtaking the lorry pulling strait in front of him and stopping dead. i see at least 2 or three a night. our firm have given the police three films that our wagons have taken of them doing it to vehicles in front of us. the problem is joe public dont realise hes been turned over
