It annoys me more when you're in a queue at a set of traffic lights and they go green and people in the queue take ages to set off - it's even worse (for some reason) when they're temporary traffic lights.
Technically as they go green everyone in the whole queue could set off at the same time, but that never happens.

lights go green... car infront doesnt notice for ages, then its handbrake off... into gear... pull away dead slowly (occasionally stalling) then through the lights, 1 or 2 cars later the lights are back on red again!
