nope flat battery swapped over 2 more and still nothing

the wires are 2 for negative and 2 for positive they are exactly the same as its been since i've had it.

if i run earth from battery to negative on coil the coil will have 12.6 power at coil ready to turn over with power is that not correct?

or does the coil only come live with the 12.6 when u actually have the key turned all the way over for it to spin the starter?
