I agree totally with Ali Olsen, thats exactly the same numbers that I would have said based on my experience with other FWD cars, possibly even a little more castor though, as much as 8 even would be a good thing.
I often run parellel though on the toe, even though slight toe out is probably better, I just prefer the slightly less "alive" feel to it when parellel, but you might find the opposite and want to go +2mm of course, its all about pesonal preference, no right or wrong answer, but Ali has certainly stated a good ballpark
