Cheers Chaps, that makes sence for checking the injectors. I've got in car pump and this is definalty working. I have fuel in the rail. just don't know if its making it to the inlet.

As for the spark.I've got spark whilst cranking. When I stop the spark will keep going for 10-20 seconds after the engine's stopped. You can hear spark clicking away inside the disi cap and see it on all the plugs
