As above really???

currently running some unknown make of adjustable dump valve that not only looks shit but sounds shit aswell...it almost looks home made!

It needs changing but I am unsure weather to go for a recirc or an atmo...I have noticed some people run there cars with no BOV at all. Is this safe to do so?

My car is running 358bhp at 1.5 bar
