You need to take the selector off the top of the box, the shaft siezes on them, get plenty wd40 into it and work it free, when your at it make sure the 10mm pinch bolt on the inside of the selector mechanism is tight, if its not, it drops out and goes through the casing. if your still not getting gears youll need a new cable (usually the one that controls fore and aft movement)
