Right from what I can see you have the following:

EFI Inlet Manifold top and bottom parts
MFI to EFI Conversion plate
Throttle body and linkage
Throttle cable bracket
ACT Sensor and would assume you have the convertor as it is fitted to the inlet
Reducer for sensor at front
Throttle position sensor
Idle Speed Control Valve
H20 Sensor would assume you have the convertor as it is fitted to the inlet
Phase sensor setup incl trigger wheel, Phase sensor bracket and phase sensor
Sierra crank sensor bracket with sensor
Bottom pulley and trigger
Fuel regulator
Fuel rail with top fitting piece
Phase sensor disc and trigger
Alternator Bracket

Probably missed something but only had a quick look.

Things you will need for full conversion:
2wd Loom
2wd ECU L6/L8 or P8 and base chip
Injectors (yellows or blues)
Fuel filter
Alternator
Alternator belt
2wd Ignition Amp
3 bar map sensor

Cant think of anything else at the minute, Just finished doing the conversion to my series 2 last weekend. Got it running now just need to tidy up some wiring and get my ecu sorted and hopefully shes a go-er!!
