hi all .
does anyone know anything about car spits .
basicly i have a 3dr cossie and it needs both rear chassie legs welding/ cutting out and replacing.
the problem i have i cant find any replacements, so cutting some from a doner car will have to do,as mine are too far gone i think to plate up..
problem i have is i dont want to be underneeth the car welding if i can help it.
rear axle is off . interia is out and dash front and back bumper off,
so what i am basicly asking will a spit hold/tilt with the engine and box still in the car.or am i asking to much from it . to heavy etc.
any info would be helpull .
