do you want to update the maps? if so that sounds about right.. maybe bit high... thought europe was around £60....

you can use their 'web upadater' software to update the firmware on your unit to remove any bugs and you might get a few tweeks.. kind of like when you get a windows auto update.... mainly affects reliability.....

what garmin unit is it? and if you click about on the unit it'll say the software version....
