So it appears...

Looks like the fuel around the regulator is coming through the walls of the return hose (it's that rubber overbraided with fabric type stuff) so the tubing has either gone porous or the return leg is partially blocked possibly.

Away to work for a week tomorrow so will get no further with it until next weekend at the earliest.

Whats the cost for a new regulator?
