OK, have changed the fuel filter and fitted a sparkly new Grp A coil. Just had the car out for a 10 mile run, was spot on all but 3 times on sustained full boost, almost felt like it was out of fuel when it did hesitate.

I'll try and get the pump voltage tested tomorrow, but the pump itself still doesn't sound brilliant.
