To be honest if you have around 350lbft you should be okish unless you really rag the car loads(hard launches etc)

If you do get a cossie, first thing i'd do is put solid bushes on the shifter cradle and on of R&B's short shift levers, both mods are only £30 ish each but they transform the way the box changes gear
