the easy/quick way to check if its a long stroke 1.6..(e.g 1.9).would be to take the sump off and look at the rod bolts... as they use the 1.8 cvh crank and rods the rod bolts will be of a stud and nut configuration..and to check the turbo most stock t34's have a raised rectangle section on the compressor housing...hope this helps
