wind ur actuator inwards by ONE turn then try taking it for a plap.
To do this pull the thin metal clip which stops the actuator stick slipping off the wastegate, now pull down on the stick then turn the stick 360 degress clockwise, then push it back on.

I would reccomend opening bleed valve all the way incase it pops off like mine did(when i had one)
