Important thing to remember is never send a generic C.V. Always make sure it is tailored to the indvidual company. Try and make the C.V as informative as possible whilst not dragging on and try your best to get it as close to 1 page as possible.
Use nice clear headers in the C.V so the employer can browse it easily and allow them areas at the sides, to write so they can make notes. So don't adjust your left/right margins on the document.
