Does anybody have access to Hpi checks at work? i've had a couple of people view my car and both has said that the check they did came up with a mileage discrepency....whereas the check i used shows no such problem.
The service history and MOT's all stack up fine and theres no 'missing mileage' as such, but it's still pretty frustrating!

Mate the mileage discrepency is due to someone who has carried out a HPI check on your car and put in the Mileage for the car lower than the previous hpi check carried out.
E.G
buyer 1 carries out a hpi check and gives mileage 48800, no discrepncy should occur as long as that it is higher than the previous check done.
buyer 2 carries out a hpi check and gives the mileage at 48000 instead of putting in the exact mileage of 48800.
this will now show up as a mileage discrepency due to the 2nd check not been accurate.
best way to sort this out is phone up HPI and tell them the correct mileage and fax them proof of the mot or service book.
they will then ammend the report.
