i got pulled over the other night and, amongst the 3 questioned i was asked (what's the speed limit, how fast were you going) was "have you had anything to drink lately?" to which i said "no officer" and he said "ok then, on your way, drive safe now" or words to that effect

no breathaliser or anything, just a little bit of verbal

not like back in the day when you HAD to blow into the lttle box to PROOVE you hadn't been drinking
