Don't go for the oversized mahles - these are standard RST ones anyway - they've got ford stamp on the bottom! For about £100 (£25 per piston) more get some nice forged accralites (which will take more boost) and 1740cc bore. With this I reckon you should see a genuine 215-220bhp and about 210 lb/ft torque.
