With regard to the images, unless specifically stated, we do nothing other than resizing and sometimes a tiny dash of unsharp mask if the focus was a bit off at the time the image was taken. We do use a very high camera, and this makes a huge difference to image quality - we're currently using a D300 Nikon DSLR and 16-85VR lens. Cost an arm and a leg, but worth every penny to show off our work propertly!
