what about the taxi being in the middle of the road,,, and the other car being on there side of the road,,,,, thats the part im trying to work out as its hard to prove apart from the damage to both cars,, one has the rear quarter and bumper scuffed and the other car has the indicator nad a 2ins dent in the corner of the wing, theres no damage to the doors of the taxi and the taxi was stopped on hes side of the road but the glass from the lens was on the other side of the road
The harder it is to apportion blame, the more likely it is to go knock-for-knock. Unless there's an injury claim the insurers don't like to spend money fighting for who's guilty, they just agree on KFK. Does seem like an 'odd one' though!
Where the glass is is where the impact was - but they ain't gonna send out a crash investigator
