MSD is in Blackpool and whilst i agree they are one of the best in the country there are lots of people closer to you than blackpool

A live map isnt always necessary, but obviously it will get the best out of your spec. live maps are circa £500

a set set up will set you back around £150-£200. i'd be inclined to take it down to Berkshire and see Mark for a set up (MSD reccomends MA Developments to set his chips up)
