The RS2000 engine would be much easier than the 2.3 as it has no balancer shafts in the sump and the block is based on the 2 litre twin cam Sierra engine so the engine mounts, flywheel, sump etc from the 2 litre Sierra will turn it into a fairly easy job. You will probably have to do something with the thermostat housing as it is at the back of the engine when fitted to RWD and the RS2000 inlet manifiold also points the wrong way.
