so probably do:
monday - chest and triceps
tuesday - legs
wednesday - shoulders
thursday - back
friday - biceps and abs
if that sounds ok

Chris, looks good to me and well done for taking some advice.

the only thing I might personally change about the above is swap the days for legs and back. Just because your doing biceps the day after back and they may hurt a bit when doing pulldowns etc.
