slight change of plan. think i'm gonna dedicate one night a week purely to back. did back then biceps last nite. by time i got round to biceps i was struggling with my usual weight and reps

so probably do:

monday - chest and triceps
tuesday - legs
wednesday - shoulders
thursday - back
friday - biceps and abs

if that sounds ok
