NO point in sequentially firing outer 4 injectors for economy, have to think about time the injector has to work.
The changeover can be set in a number of different ways ie phased in, forced crossover when going from high to low and low to high.
The coils if you insisted on coil on plug could be paired.
The point about wasted spark is it's great at rpm's that cossie do, the "wasted" spark draws so little power to spark not being under compression that it takes away very little spark energy from coil.
Unless you are running mega high rpms constantly ie 10,000+ all the time coil on plug is going to give no advantage.
If you are insistent on all things being sequential then look at DTA/OMEX etc, but you won't find that many drivers in the same price range.
Karl does the ecu's, dave the rollers, karl has modded ecu's before to run some very odd things, but most likely wouldn't be cost effective over another off the shlef system with more drivers to start with.
