When i did my GNVQ in business at collage back in the 90's, we did a section on prices in shops, the price is what they want you to pay, you are not at liberty to pay that and can barter, my teacher said he did it all the time, think id be to embarrassed tbh.
So, in theory, I could go into Asda, do my shopping, get it all thru the checkout then start haggling over the price?
