right. new routine starts today

monday - chest and triceps
tuesday - legs
wednesday - back and biceps
thursday - shoulders
friday - either rest or abs

bike ride every midweek nite with weekends off completely. will just throw abs in as and when i feel like it

upped my protein intake aswell

how does that sound?
