One of my older sisters was the MD of some stockplan company in the city up until a few months ago. She gave it up to be a "healer" and also does non-hypnotic regression.

Either by hypnotic or non-hypnotic, I think it's too difficult to prove people aren't either making it up or recalling memories of a film they've seen or a book they've read. This doesn't even have to be a conscious effort to mislead. Look at dreams for example, ever wake up and think "what the fuck was THAT about?".
I used to be quite interested in all this shit but the lack of empirical, verified evidence is proof enough to me that it's a load of bollocks.
