i have replaced the cams, tappets, gaskets, cam bearings, all belts, spark plugs, cam pulleys, i think that's it!

i have timed up the engine all markers are exact including the distributor.

i numbered the ignition leads before i took it apart and replaced them back.

i turned the engine round with the spark plugs in and the spark leads off for 20 seconds.

have i just flooded it?

any ideas?
