basically i sold an item on ebay, the winner (also a member on here) pm's me saying it aint turned up (i posted it first class 13 days ago) so i gave him my number and asked him to call me

so, i tell him i'll chase it up at post office, ring him to tell him etc..

post office say 14 days till they can do ought, so i notify him of this, and he seems fine with it, so in theory 14 working days means a week today before they'll do anything.

an hour ago he calls me up saying i need to return his money or and i quote '' he'll do it the hard way''

i ask him to wait until what post office say, he is reluctant to understand that im not going to pay him back £200 when its not showed up or been found, and may still get delivered to him

well, im not a rip off merchant, im far from it, so im trying to keep the peace and ask him why he is being awkward regarding the situation. He claims not to be, so.... im putting this up before he puts a thread up slateing me..
