Fair play they are a complete nightmare! Trying to cancel my phone contract and the fookers are a pain. Just phoned them now agian and said the department is not open, and they only operate in normal business hours. Complete lies! If i was to upgrade they would do me there and now.


Tomorrow i will be phoning the bank and canceling the DD. Anyone know where i stand if a cancel the DD and them asking for payment etc? As i have tried 3 times to cancel now, ok the other two i was still in contract but i said at the end of the contract i want to cancel straight away.
