Who can tell from experience how uprated camshafts affect the performance

Maybe you use bd10 or bd12 or bd14, please tell to us what gain you get in power on turbo boost, etc. I heard of positive feedback about bd14 inlet and bd10 exhaust? Can someone comment why what and where etc.

Especially I want to know how bd14 changes everything on stock 2wd sapphire engine?
