well thats still to much already.
The spec a stock engine can deal with is what it comes with, unless you fine tune the fuel/air mix and ignition timing etc...

A stock engine can probably take more boost than std, but you got to adjust everything to go with it. Increasing the psi of the turbo alone is never a good idea.
