Bump and rebound is the shock rather than the spring. Should be a big knob in the drivers seat that should be able to adjust it. Turn that all the way one way for full hard. Your car will kangaroo over the bumps. Then turn to full soft to notice the different and progressively move the dial until you have a setting you like.
