A girl in Peterboghorror screamed rape at a guy, his name was released by plod, he lost job and family over a course of a year, for the girl to then admit she made it up, as he wouldn't let her push in front in a takeaway!!, but still she's not charged and not named, that's equality for you.
I know it's not the same thing but does show the legal system is an mess, the whole system is geared towards conviction NOT justice.
AOJ, routinely "forget" to give ALL evidence to defendants, if it helps the defendants case.
There has been hundreds of times the aoj refused to release dna evidence because it CLEARED the person they had charged, and showed it not to be the person responsible of the charge, despite having a legal obligation to do so under advance disclosure rules, but then a free man would walk free instead of being convicted and looking good.
This country is a joke, law and order/justice wise.

i totally agree with this, the country and even more so the legal system is an absoloute shambles,i heard on the news last night they have charged a fifty somthing year old man, when he did it he just walked calmly away and when challenged by a member of the public he just shrugged and walked off, and its only one murder charge aswell, how only one? just cause the child is unborn at 7 months that baby was alive just as much as any of us yet its only 1 charge, thats wrong from the start, but guarentee he will plead insanity through some high paid solicitor that we will pay for and prob be out in 4 or 5 yrs, i just hope that some prison officer turns a blind eye for a couple of mins for the rest of the inmates to give him what he deserves
