I just wanted to know if you lads recognised the car, knew if it was Kosher and what you would do if you were shown that the V5 was not in the name of the person in front of you and you will never get to meet the person whose name is on the V5.
Walk away.... walk away and read up "nemo dat quod non habet" - person who has no title to goods cannot give a title to another person. There are exceptions to this but basically, the real owner by law could simply turn up and demand the keys back.
